There are two tiers of service under the 360 system:
SynchroNet360 Advantage is a web-based console, accessible by SynchroNet as well as designated users from your company; used to continually monitor your network and devices. Under the SynchroNet360 Advantage system, your internal IT contact can establish thresholds on each device that will notify SynchroNet and your company’s appropriate personnel anytime an issue with the monitored device occurs.
When the monitored device surpasses its threshold, your designated SynchroNet managed services representative will reach out to your internal IT contact and notify you of the problem(s). After disclosing all information regarding the issue and possible remediation, you can choose to handle the issue internally or have the SynchroNet Frontline Response Team resolve the problem at a preferred hourly rate established under your 360 agreement.
SynchroNet360 Complete is a comprehensive, all-in-one solution where SynchroNet acts as the primary responder for all of your IT needs.
For a fixed fee, per user and per month, your company will experience the highest level of SynchroNet service, with full remedial support between the hours of 7am-6pm, and dedicated access for on-site support by a SynchroNet Project Engineer during the hours that you specify.
